05. Relocation (Digital MP3)

A New City. No Family. Then the Floods Came.

They packed everything they had and moved to a new city in Indiana, chasing a fresh start. No family nearby. No familiar faces. No roots yet in the ground. And then the water came.

"Relocation" is an original cinematic composition that tells the deeply human story of a family caught in the unimaginable — strangers in a new place, facing a disaster alone, with no one to call and nowhere to go back to. It captures the isolation, the fear, the grief of losing what little you’d just built — and the quiet, unexpected grace of strangers becoming neighbors, and neighbors becoming family.

This is a song about starting over, twice. About finding community where you least expected it. About what it means to belong somewhere when everything around you is underwater.
